Wembly at Overlook at 1091 Overlook Parkway, Macon, Georgia.

I moved here for residency and needed a nice place to stay. At first this place was perfect. Its only 12 mins to the Medical Center without traffic. Which was the case when we first moved here. Plus many residents from different residency programs also lived here. The staff was really helpful and courteous but management has obviously changed and so did the experience here. They are now starting to charge us for everything, including amenities we already have in our contract.

They have the option for automatic payment, but if there is any mishap from their side, they don't inform you in till they add extra charges to your account. After confronting them about this more then once, they only take responsibility for it after many attempts to explain what is already obvious.

There is a school near by and its difficult to leave the place in the morning for work or other reasons. There are no traffic lights but only a four way stop for heavy traffic.

There is also new construction happening at the entrance of the apartment, like we needed more obstacles just to get in and out. No one from the front office even bothered to inform the residents.

With new public buildings coming to the area, that will add to the already congested traffic in a place not built for it.

For me the place was really enjoyable at first but now its time to move on. If any one is looking to move here, think about your commute in the morning and surprise extra cost on top of the increasing rent.

To anyone who is here for a residency program, I would take the above with serious consideration. Don't waste your time dealing with this.
