MHC Kenworth - Macon at 4855 Harrison Road, Macon, Georgia.

This place has got to be the slowest Kenworth store ever! 8 days to do a deep clean on a DPF filter?! With over 200 owner operators I am sorry I told my Owner Operator to go here. Don't ever try to get service to answer the phone or give you a straight answer!! The parts man seems to be the only one working here. The service manager and service writer are always gone and can't get a straight answer when they are there. And the price to deep clean was a huge rip off. So let's see a days job lost revenue for 7 days and the have two speeds here slow and I don't care!! Sorry Macon MHC you will never get my work again. Remeber one thing before you talk to me rude I was the customer not you! Sorry to bother you! I have just been in trucking 28 years this is the worst and they won't have my business anymore.
