Sep, 20 2019Mark Fendley1Incredibly inefficient processes in this hospital. People are nice, processes are broken. Among the worst is the discharging process. A patient is notified that it is time for them to go home, and yet 8+hours pass without attending physicians signing off on the discharge. And to site "busy" is an excuse and symptom of a process that is failed.
