Randy and his Staff are nothing short of exceptional. I pre-planned Mom's funeral last year after she told me her wishes. Little did we know Mom would leave us so suddenly to be with Pop 5 Jan 18. I visited local Funeral Homes and FairHaven was last. Randy was a pleasant Gentleman (not pushy) who addressed both major and minor details regarding Mom's final wishes.
The above said, when the call came in just after 4 that morning that Mom passed, I called FairHaven immediately and they were clockwork. Randy and his Staff worked with my Family and I through the turbulent times and although I had to make a few last minute changes regarding the Funeral, they worked them with smiles. I told them God is the only perfect one; however, I could not think of anything they did wrong. Although a difficult experience for us, they are a "Fair Haven" for anyone regarding their caring attitude, quality service and reasonable price. I have and will continue to recommend FairHaven to all.
