Customer service was rude they told me my van would be ready at 8:30 it wasn't ready until 9:30. The big heavy set lady was rude about it when I asked her how much longer we had to wait because I wanted to get on the road I was going out of town. She had a really bad attitude about it I reported her to management and they gave me a free car for two days and took one days rental fee off the van we rented, but that big woman was very nasty.
