Budget Car Rental at 1000 Terminal Drive Middle Georgia Regional Apo, Macon, Georgia.

Very stressful experience.if I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an Uber almost $100 here to get here which was the closest budget to rent a car, had some issues with my credit card getting locked and not wanting to go through, since i’m from FL, the lady at the front desk rudely said “go to the side and figure it out so that I can attend others.” (Even though there was no one to be helped after us) I then called and they worked on getting the card unlocked, after an hour of figuring it all out and finally unlocking my card, I had to deal with the worse customer service ever (Barbara), it was exactly 7:01 when finally I thought everything was over and I could rent the car, and she turned and said “sorry, I close at 7 you should have figured everything out earlier, you had all day.” I begged and begged, and asked her to please just rent the car so that I wouldn’t miss my flight the next morning. I ended up missing my flight the next day that flew out from ATL to Key West. I have always rented a car from Budget and am constantly traveling and renting cars with this company. But after this horrible experience I will never rent from them again.
