When the tornado hit they gave me $12 to fix a broken window. Just the parts to fix it myself cost $26. That was just the start of the underpayout amount. Then when we moved and they found out our home was vacant - even though we had a close neighbor watching it they cancelled on us. Now they have a new billing system and once again THEIR MISTAKE is costing me again - they have cancelled my car insurance on both cars. I have an EXCELLENT CREDIT rating - so its not like they are not getting their money. You can not depend on them in a pinch and you have to fight tooth and nail to get any REAL damage claims out of them. Just thought you should know. I have only dealt with the VINEVILLE branch but it is a Company and policy is prob the same everywhere. GOOD LUCK!!!
